Mitch Weissman

I'm Mitch Weissman and I wrote or co-wrote some of the songs and demos you mention on your web page. For instance, "It's Gonna Be Alright" is by Gene, Adam Mitchell and myself. The descending guitar riff (Also found on "Reason for Living") is mine.  One other piece of information,  The demos for "Sooner Said Than Done" were done at my house in the 80's.  That's me singing and playing all vocals and instruments except the drums....that's Eric Carr's drum track from "Lick It Up".  Gene and I used to use Eric's drum tracks as Drum Drops, which by the way is what we used for "Reputation" or at least the version I wrote with.

Thanks lots, Mitch Weissman

September 1997

Check out the new Rod Stewart tribute CD called "Forever Mod" on DeROCK Records. The tune "Gasoline Alley" features John Corabi on lead vocals. A very cool rendition of "Maggie May" features nearly all of UNION; John Corabi on vocals, Bruce Kulick on guitars, Brent Fitz on drums and Curt Cuomo on keyboards. You can find Eric Singer playing drums on "The Killing Of Georgie". And Eric can be found singing lead vocals on "Let Me Love You".The entire project was produced and arranged by Amir Derakh.
