February 26 : KISS To Enter Studio Next Week
From:
Fox Business network
KISS guitarist/vocalist Paul Stanley was a guest on the "Happy Hour" show this
afternoon (Thursday, February 26) on the Fox Business network.
During the segment, which can be viewed by
clicking here, Stanley confirmed to that he, Gene Simmons and the rest
of KISS will enter the studio next week to grind out a new record for release this
fall. "It's a KISS album in the most true and classic sense — we're recording it in
analog, not digital, and writing it ourselves," Stanley recently said.
From:

amNY : What can fans expect from the new Kiss record?
Paul Stanley " It’s very much an album that picks up where
we left off in the 70s. It’s not an album that reflects trying
to pick up whatever current.
We’ve been out a lot on the Kiss Alive 35 tour. Our biggest and
most successful tour of Europe, we did 30 shows and about 400,000
people and we leave for South America — a bunch of stadiums —
in April.
And the band has never sounded better or more focused. And playing
the Kiss Alive
album and a lot of other classic songs has really just wetted out
appetite to go in
the studio and transfer that, that same feeling and ferocity into
new material".

DeuceNews
Recently GENE SIMMONS talked to Pagina12 about KISS playing in Argentina and many other topics. Among them this is what the demon said about new KISS record:
"We are making a new album produced by PAUL STANLEY, because I do not have the
patience to get into a studio and stay there for six months. Who better than Paul
for that? The idea is to make the record quickly, like we did at the time of
Destroyer, Rock And Roll Over and Love Gun. But we must be prepared, so we are now
working on songs when we have time. Maybe in March we will go in a studio and
recorded two or three songs. The idea is to work well, little by little, we can not
spend too much time in the studio, it has to be fast."

February 2 : PAUL STANLEY to guest on new PUSHKING album
From:
DeuceNews
According to Deucenews, Paul Stanley (KISS), Alice Cooper, Graham Bonnet (RAINBOW, ALCATRAZZ, MSG), Glenn Hughes (DEEP PURPLE, BLACK SABBATH), Joe Lynn Turner (RAINBOW, DEEP PURPLE) and Ian Gillan (DEEP PURPLE) are among the guest musicians who will appear on the forthcoming album from
Russian rockers PUSHKING, to be released before the end of the year.
The album's producer, Fabrizio Grossi, stated about the project, "I was intrigued by the level of their musicianship and the very open approach they have to their music. Their music includes all the great ingredients of my favorite '70s bands, with QUEEN, ZEPPELIN and PURPLE on top of it. The record it's going to be a concept album and along with the band, there will be lots of great guest

January 29, 2009 : Gabe Reed Secures Deal for Rock Legend Paul Stanley of KISS to Guest
on new PUSHKING album
From:
PR.com
Gabe Reed secures deal for rock legend Paul Stanley of KISS to guest star on Russian rockers Pushking's new album to be released in late 2009. Gabe Reed actively represents clients in the music, film and sports entertainment businesses.
Based in Dallas, his clients are spread across the world.
Pushking is one of Russia's most popular metal/rock bands and have released over 15 albums. The band's new album is a tribute to their music heroes. In addition to Paul Stanley, the album features guests spots from Alice Cooper, Bonnie Tyler, Andrea Bocelli, Dan Mc Cafferty (Nazareth), Jon Lowton (Uriah Heep), Graham Bonnet (Rainbow-Alcatrazz), Glenn Hughes (Trapeeze, Deep Purple, Black Sabbath), Joe Lynn Turner (Rainbow, Deep Purple) and Ian Gillan (Deep Purple).
For more than thirty years, Paul Stanley has reigned supreme as one of the single-most recognizable frontmen in the history of rock and roll. He’s the principal songwriter, driving force and the unwavering voice of KISS, one of the most successful and influential bands ever born on American soil. Employing equal parts hip-grinding rhythm, full-tilt glam and guitar-driven slam, Stanley single-handedly penned such escapist anthems as “Love Gun,” “God of Thunder” and “Black Diamond.” He was the golden throat that throttled “Detroit Rock City,” the charismatic swagger behind “I Was Made For Lovin’ You,” and stripped of makeup, was the unmasked troubadour that breathed vocal life into the ballads “Reason to Live,” “Forever” and “Every Time I Look At You.”
